About Your Hosts
Larry Fiero and Mike Moe bring a decidedly “regular guys” approach to real estate investing. Neither had a lot of money (or stellar credit) to start out with, but through learning, experience, and building upon small successes, they’ve both reached a new financial level in their lives – and they’re still going!
Their journey from “weekly paychecks and credit card debt” to the road of lifetime financial security is something they love to discuss, which is what the Real Estate Marathon Podcast is all about. Listen to Larry, Mike and (sometimes) guests weekly!
Larry Fiero went from being in debt to owning 25 properties, valued at 2 million dollars. His success is one of small steps and everyday properties, which has become a recession-proof vault of financial security. His path is also one that anyone, regardless of current finances, can realistically follow, and is something he loves talking about.
Mike had a “Matrix Moment” several years ago when he and his wife Elena became fed up with the debt-ridden, consumer-driven lifestyle that’s so common in America. Mike got serious about his financial picture, paid off $100,000 in debt, and is now using real estate to ensure his families’ future while also helping others achieve the same.
Along the way, Larry and Mike have learned from some of the best and brightest in the industry, and are proud to include these three exceptional individuals on our advisory board.
